1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and bdjlapp ("we", "us", "the Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the bdjlapp website, mobile interface, betting services, casino games, live dealer lobby, and all associated features and content.

bdjlapp reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the bdjlapp platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. These Terms are written in English. Where these Terms reference specific payment methods by name — such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay — those are independent third-party services operating under their own terms and conditions. bdjlapp is not responsible for the policies, availability, or service quality of any third-party payment provider.

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

You confirm acceptance of these Terms by:

• Logging in to an existing bdjlapp account after these Terms have been updated;
• Placing any bet, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion on the platform.

1.2 Governing Language and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed under applicable law. All dispute resolution processes will be conducted in English. Any disputes arising from the use of the bdjlapp platform shall first be directed to our support team at support@bdjlapp for informal resolution before any formal proceedings are initiated.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To create an account on bdjlapp you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are a human individual and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity registering on behalf of others;
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law;
• You are not acting as an agent for another person for the purpose of gambling;
• You are not a current or former employee of bdjlapp or any of its affiliated entities, or a close family member of such an employee;
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the bdjlapp platform under a self-exclusion or enforced exclusion arrangement.

2.1 Registration Requirements

Each player may hold only one registered account on bdjlapp. Duplicate accounts are strictly forbidden. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bdjlapp reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all bets and bonuses placed across those accounts, and withhold any associated winnings.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. bdjlapp may at any point request supporting documentation to verify the information you have provided, including but not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identity document (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence);
• Proof of address issued within the last three months;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of a bKash or Nagad wallet registered in your name).

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

2.2 Account Currency

All bdjlapp accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied to deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or Bangladeshi bank transfer. Deposits made via international cards (Visa, Mastercard) may be subject to conversion by the card issuer; bdjlapp credits the Taka equivalent received.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bdjlapp username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, allow any other person to access your account, or use another player's account under any circumstances.

bdjlapp will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bdjlapp support immediately at support@bdjlapp.

3.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdjlapp and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account (multi-accounting);
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other players in card games or live dealer tables;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in games or the betting engine;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity through the platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the bdjlapp platform;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another person;
• Placing bets with the intention of systematically exploiting promotional offers without genuine play intent (bonus abuse).

3.2 Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bdjlapp reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month to inactive accounts after this period, deducted from the available balance. Players will receive an email notification before any inactivity fee is applied. To reactivate an account, simply log in and complete a deposit or bet — standard verification may apply if the account has been dormant for an extended period.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bdjlapp processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods designed specifically for players in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed securely using 256-bit SSL encryption.

4.1 Deposit Policy

Deposits to your bdjlapp account are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction;
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your bdjlapp balance instantly upon successful authorisation;
• Bank transfer deposits (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank) typically credit within 1–3 hours during Bangladesh banking hours (9 AM–4 PM BST, weekdays);
• Visa and Mastercard deposits are subject to processing by the card network and may take up to 15 minutes to credit;
• bdjlapp does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges;
• All deposited funds must be used for genuine betting and gaming activity — deposits made solely to exploit bonus offers without genuine play intent may be reversed.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction;
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit on the account (same-name rule applies);
• bKash and Nagad withdrawal requests submitted before 6 PM BST are typically processed the same day;
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 business day;
• All withdrawal requests undergo a standard security review; where additional verification is required, bdjlapp will notify the player by email with the documents needed;
• bdjlapp reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity and payment verification;
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

bdjlapp is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of prohibited activities. All accounts and transactions are subject to monitoring. Where suspicious activity is identified, bdjlapp reserves the right to suspend the account, freeze balances, and report the activity to the relevant authorities. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation before large withdrawals are approved.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

bdjlapp offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback promotions, and tournament prize pools. All promotions are governed by the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to this general Bonus Policy.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳);
• Bonuses are credited to a separate "bonus balance" and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn;
• Standard wagering requirement: 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms;
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, unless a different time limit is specified in the promotion;
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). Check individual promotion terms for the specific contribution table;
• bdjlapp reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players;
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per payment method.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

bdjlapp actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: placing low-risk, mathematically balanced bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play intent; using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; colluding with other players to cycle bonus funds; and any strategy specifically designed to extract bonus value while minimising platform risk. Where bonus abuse is identified, bdjlapp reserves the right to void all bonuses, void associated winnings, and close the account without prior notice.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on bdjlapp are governed by the specific game rules and market settlement procedures published within each game or betting market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing a bet or commencing play.

6.1 Sports Betting

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. Odds are subject to change before confirmation;
• bdjlapp reserves the right to void a bet where it was placed at an obvious error price or where the relevant event has already concluded at the time the bet was placed;
• Cricket betting markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and bilateral series are settled in accordance with the official match result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., BCB, BCCI, ICC);
• In-play bets are accepted during live matches; bdjlapp reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice;
• Where a match is abandoned, interrupted, or not completed within a specified timeframe, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules for that event;
• Maximum single-bet and accumulator limits apply and are displayed at the time of bet placement.

6.2 Casino and Live Dealer Games

• All slot and RNG-based casino games on bdjlapp use certified random number generators provided by the respective game studios (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others);
• Live dealer games are operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi under their standard procedural rules. bdjlapp is not responsible for network interruptions that affect live game sessions, but will endeavour to resolve resulting disputes fairly;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface and are subject to change;
• Where a technical malfunction occurs during a game, the round will be void and the stake returned to the player's account.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

If you believe a bet or game outcome has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute with the bdjlapp support team within 7 days of the relevant event settlement. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. All disputes will be reviewed by the bdjlapp team and a response issued within 5 business days. The decision of bdjlapp management on any dispute is final.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

bdjlapp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct.

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your bdjlapp account at any time by contacting support at support@bdjlapp. Upon account closure:

• Any real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard verification;
• Any bonus balance and associated pending wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure;
• Account closure does not affect any obligations already incurred — for example, outstanding verification requirements related to a previous withdrawal request;
• Players wishing to close their account for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion instead, which provides stronger safeguards against re-registration.

7.2 Closure by bdjlapp

Where bdjlapp closes an account due to a breach of these Terms (including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or prohibited conduct), the platform reserves the right to:

• Void all pending and historical bets and casino rounds associated with the breach;
• Forfeit any bonus balance and winnings derived from bonus funds;
• Withhold real-money deposits pending investigation if fraud or money laundering is suspected;
• Report the matter to relevant financial crime or law enforcement authorities.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdjlapp and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

bdjlapp does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party infrastructure failures may temporarily affect availability. bdjlapp will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of scheduled maintenance periods.

8.1 Gambling Losses

Gambling involves risk and it is possible to lose money. bdjlapp is not liable for any gambling losses incurred by players using the platform.
